Prescription Policy is Changing!

Thank you for continuing to choose us to provide ophthalmic care for your pet. We want to inform you that our prescription policy is changing. Effective November 1, 2023 Bluegrass Veterinary Vision will no longer call in medications or honor fax refill requests from pharmacies. This change is due to continually having to fix mistakes on their behalf. Your patience through this transition is appreciated. The following options will be available:

• Medication pick up at the clinic
• Ship the medication directly from the clinic
• Ordering through our clinic’s online pharmacy
• Pick up a written prescription at the clinic
